Audrey Simbiso Chidawanyika is a multidimensional pan-African leader. She is an award winning disruptive innovator. Audrey is the Executive Secretary to the President of the AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation. She is also Regional Director Southern Africa for YouthUp Global. She is the Founder of Simbiso Jumpstart Initiative and Country Lead for Girls for Girls Zimbabwe.
Audrey is an innovation, human capital development, business process re-engineering, community and program management specialist with extensive experience working with NGOs, corporates and start-ups in Africa.Passionate about accelerating human growth, Audrey has over ten years of experience working in the African Innovation, Development, Humanitarian and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.
She has proven ability working with organizations exploring the role of entrepreneurship, technology, innovation and local knowledge in creating paths to sustainable development as a Management Consultant and Strategist in Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Enterprise and Human Centred Design Thinking. She holds several executive and management roles in leading organizations across Africa.
Audrey is a recipient of the 2022 Africa 40 under 40 Awards under Professional Services. She is an honoree of the 2020 JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Zimbabwe. She is also listed on the 2016 Gumiguru 40 under 30 Emerging Leaders and GoGetter Founding 100. Audrey is the 2020 Enactus Zimbabwe Alumni of the Year. She is a 2019 Young African Leaders Initiative Mandela Washington Fellow.
Mark is an Auditor/Accountant by profession. He studied Philosophical psychology and is a Certified Systemic Therapist
Apart from the qualifications he is an entrepreneur with interest in investing on zse startups and helping upcoming businesses attain growth and financial viability.
During spare time he loves gardening and socializing (drinks nenyama and networking).
Loveness Nleya is a Muti-talented Creative, Digital Strategist, and Technopreneur. She works with individuals, businesses and brands to maximise digital skills, tech, and the internet for urban resilience, career, business and income growth.
Loveness is a Founding Director of a Digital Marketing Agency, Founding Director of Tech4GoodZim a Trust that focuses on using tech to make a difference in people’s lives and businesses for urban resilience. She is a co-founder of a Digital Skills Training for urban resilience program, Digital Skills Hub focusing on young people, women and small businesses adopting Digital Skills to generate income, be employable, improve livelihoods and be future-fit. Loveness founded AffiliateZim to directly help create employment, generate income and improve urban resilience.
As a co-winner of a global award; Digital Champion for Small Businesses, Loveness has partnered with the International Trade Centre, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the World Trade Organisation, being sponsored by Google and ZOOM.
What stands out about Loveness on the various local and international platforms is that she is an ex-International NGO Accountant with 12 years experience who did a drastic career shift into Digital Marketing where she is self-taught.
Not only has she mastered Digital Marketing but also does Graphic Design and Web Development. She is an advocate for the adoption of quick start digital skills and is an advocate for the use of tech positively.
