LadiesNytOut is a supportive online community for ladies to take time out to unwind in a safe digital zone, uplift each other, focus on some self-love, self-care, growth, wellness, wellbeing, inspiration, self-awareness and resilience. Our weekly time out sessions are from 30minutes to an hour with different themes, activity and focus.

We are launching this community of ladies with a ZOOM dance party with DJ Emma on the turntable for some unwinding and dance therapy. The party will also be streamed to a private Facebook Event Group for the participants.
